1. Who we are

Adsoft is provided by Jakob Kafton-Krogh / Krogh.app, Aalborg, Denmark. Contact: hej@adsoft.dk.

2. Data about you as a customer (we are the controller)

• Users: name, email and a hashed version of the password. We never know the password itself.
• Sign-in: sessions and keys for AI tools, stored as hashes.
• Payment: handled by Paddle.com as Merchant of Record. We do not see card details.
• Communication: emails you send us.

We use this data to provide the service, to bill through Paddle and to contact you about your subscription. The legal basis is our agreement with you (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).

3. Data on your websites (we are the processor)

When we store the website's content, images and, for example, bookings and forms from visitors, we process data on your behalf and according to your instructions. You are the controller towards your visitors. We do not use the data for any other purpose.

Adsoft sets no tracking cookies on your websites, and fonts are served from your own web hosting, not from Google.

4. Sub-processors

All data is stored in the EU:

• Curanet / team.blue (Denmark and the Netherlands): web hosting, email and the Adsoft server
• Hetzner (Germany): encrypted backups
• Brevo (France): system emails such as invitations and booking confirmations
• Paddle.com: payment and invoicing

5. Retention and deletion

We keep data for as long as you have a subscription. After cancellation, website data is deleted after 30 days. Backups are deleted on a rolling basis and within 12 months. Accounting records are kept for 5 years as required by law.

6. Security

Data is transferred encrypted (HTTPS), passwords are stored as hashes, backups are encrypted, and each website's code runs isolated from the others.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection. Write to hej@adsoft.dk. You can file a complaint with the Danish Data Protection Agency (datatilsynet.dk).
